Do you know where diabetes-related sight issues may lead?

Action today can help your vision for tomorrow
The CRIMSON Study is a clinical research study that is testing an experimental study medication to see if it can help people who have diabetes and have been diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy. If you have diabetic retinopathy, your doctor may recommend taking a ‘watch and wait’ approach; however, this condition can get worse, causing vision-threatening complications like swelling in the light-sensitive area at the back of the eye. It can also cause irreversible vision loss from bleeding due to the growth of abnormal blood vessels.

The experimental study medication in the CRIMSON Study may improve the growth of normal blood vessels and reduce leakage from the abnormal blood vessels that cause swelling in the eye.
